My Training Won't Open
When you log in to the Learner Experience (LX), you will see a list of assigned training and policies you need to read and acknowledge. If the pop-up window does not open after you click an assigned training or policy, your pop-up blocker may be blocking the training window or policy viewer. To ensure the training window or policy viewer opens, you may need to adjust the pop-up blocker settings in your browser.
Depending on which browser you are using, the instructions for adjusting your pop-up blocker settings vary. In most cases, you can adjust your settings to allow pop-ups from a specific URL. To navigate to the instructions for your browser, click a link below:
