You have the ability to download posters and artwork from the ModStore. The content does not have to be added to your library to be downloaded, but we recommend adding it for your own tracking purposes. Use the jump links below to find the answer to your specific question.
How to View and Download Posters
Follow the steps below to view and download posters:
- Log in to your KnowBe4 account and click on the ModStore tab at the top of the console, then click Browse Catalog on the left side of the page.
- From the Content drop-down filter, select Posters & Artwork. Now you will see only images and posters that you can print out or distribute to your users.
- You can add filters or search for keywords to further narrow down your results.
- Click the image you would like to use to open the content details panel on the right side of the page. You can use the details panel to save the poster or artwork to your library, preview, or download the image.

Usage Recommendations
Below are recommendations to improve your experience using posters in your organization:
- Printing posters
- We recommend printing the posters to a size of 11x17 and 18x24. Ensure you set the margins to zero to avoid a white border around your poster.
- Displaying or sharing posters
- Display posters in areas where your employees will see them often, like elevator banks, break rooms, bathroom stalls, or meeting rooms. You can also use the images as digital signage on newsletters or your intranet.
- Keep it fresh - rotate posters often
- We recommend selecting two posters at a time and rotating them out for new posters every couple of months.
