user password reset
已回答My users are constantly submitting helpdesk tickets saying they can not log into the knowbe4 system. This is not a problem in the knowbe4 system, but that they have forgotten their password.
Could a password reset function added inside the admin portal so that i can send a password reset link to a user from there instead of, or in addition to, having to direct them to the forgotten password link on the log in page?

Hey Peter,
Thanks for backing this feature! I've included your input for our development and product team for further consideration as well. As an alternative, if you find users are having difficulties with their passwords (remembering them, usually). May I suggest using the Password-less login option? With this option you absolutely can generate a new login link for your users directly. Instead of remembering a password, users merely can login directly from their email by clicking the unique link. You can also set this link to expire after x amount of time, in which it will generate a new link and void the previous one (for security reasons).

Thanks so much for the feedback! I've reached out to our development team and added both of your organizations to the feature request. We're always looking to hear back from our customers about what functionality additions or changes they would like to see in the KnowBe4 Compliance Manager.
While we don't currently have a date for when the function to send your users a password reset email may be implemented in the KCM GRC platform, we definitely agree that it's a great idea and appreciate you taking the time to reach out.

Our organization is a +100 for this, and I'm a little shocked that this basic functionality still has yet to be included. I can appreciate why you wouldn't auto-send those emails by just having a user created, but to not have any ability to administrative force the reset makes little sense.
I have a user (Auditor) that I do NOT want to place into a training course, but I have no other mechanism to trigger a Welcome Change Your Password email without adding them to a training course or initial assessment. Yes, I do take some pleasure in assigning a training course to my auditor, but I'm not sure they appreciate the maniacal giggles coming from my office.
Can we please have some administrative functionality to manually trigger a password reset link on an ad-hoc basis?
