Team Dashboard should show employees' progress from the start of a campaign

Currently, a manager's employees who are part of an active training campaign don't show up on the Team Dashboard at all until the user is in the "Training Overdue", "Completed Training" or "Training Due Soon" status. The "Training Due Soon" status is only true when there are 7 days or less before the end of a campaign. So for a 30 day campaign, which is the length we typically use, manager's have zero data to track for the first 3 weeks.

This makes the Team Dashboard feature virtually useless, and as an LMS, the Team Dashboard is a central feature. We want to expand our use of the platform so that it's the company-wide LMS for all training, not just security awareness. But the fact that managers can't track any progress until the last week of a campaign is a deal breaker.

Please make it so that "Training Due Soon" includes anyone in an active campaign, or add a fourth category that would do the same thing.
