Add Placeholders for Technician's Name and Email Address
It would be great if there were placeholders for the currently logged in technician's name and email address (such as [[tech_name]] and [[tech_email]] for example). This way, we could customize the auto-generated email responses on our actions so that the technician initiating the action has their name listed in the salutation at the bottom of the email, and their name and email address used as the Reply To email address and name.
This would make it so that any replies to an auto-generated email are sent to the technician who initiated the action, allowing them to respond directly. This would be beneficial since the technician who took the action will have already completed an analysis/investigation in to the email they took the action on and can respond most swiftly to the reporting individual's reply.
This would be very useful for us since we will potentially have four different IT personnel monitoring the PhishER platform simultaneously and initiating actions in response to submitted emails.

P.S. - Since there would not be a technician logged in when an action is triggered automatically, perhaps you could also make a corresponding "default info for technician placeholders" which could be used globally in any cases where there is no discernible logged in technician to be used for these placeholders. We could then set it to default to our Help Desk name and email address which would be used for all automatic actions, but when initiated manually the placeholder would use the info of the logged in technician instead.
