Make PhishER website mobile/low-resolution friendly

Please make the website functional when viewing from a cell phone or even a iPad.  I've also had trouble when viewing the page from my laptop's screen.  It would be nice to have the ability to manually resize various parts of the page.

  Thanks very much for your feature request! Mobile support & the ability to resize the page or sections would be great additions to the PhishER console.  I've submitted it to our development team for review. We base a lot of our new releases and features on customer ideas and requests, so we do appreciate your input.
