Data entered not working

I have created an landing page with HTML and CSS.  

Started the campaign and I can see people is clicked into the landing page and opened the email, but in the overview, I can't see that anyone have entered their data. 
But then I tested and some people have entered their data in my landing page, but it don't counts in the overview. 

What can be wrong?

  After you have verified all the steps in this documentation have been followed, if you are still unable to get the landing page to work properly I recommend opening a ticket with support and we will be happy to assist you further.
