Report - Phishing Templates NOT clicked on.

Hello,

After a cursory look into the reports, the one that I was looking for didn't seem to exist. I'd like to have a report template that shows which templates did NOT result in a click/failure.

I'd like this report to assist the team in removing ineffective templates and ensure that phishing campaigns are relevant to what our users are likely to fall for.

  Hello Jesse,

  Thank you for posting to the community board! If you navigate to reports in the console and select the report category  "Email Templates Sent Reports" you will be able to set a date frame and see all the templates that sent out as well as their click percentage. You can see your templates' click percentage and decide what to focus on moving forward. I will link below our article on reporting where this report type is discussed:

  Thank you! It isn't 100% what I was wanting, but at least I can comb through the results and see for myself.
