Please allow us to block or exclude certain email address from being used in Phishing campaigns. Whether its IT, HR or the CEO we should have the choice to exclude an email address from being used. There are addresses in each organization that have been deemed sensitive and need to be excluded from the spoofing.
Specific to my organization, the head of Human Resources has asked that we not use HR@sbli.com in a phishing simulation. While we've unselected the Human Resource category, the email HR@sbli.com is still used multiple times in other templates. Yes, I've worked with my customer support manager & the support team to solve the issue.
I’m forced to go through each campaign, every single email, take a snapshot of the email and then forward it to the user and ask that they ignore when it arrives. This is a lot of work!
Please allow us to exclude certain/sensitive emails!
