Integration of Slack for user notification

We would like to request Slack to be integrated to allow notifications to be sent to users in Slack. We would like this to be selectable for notifications in addition to email notifications. This would be beneficial because notification that come from KnowBe4 now look like possible spam and allowing notifications to be received via Slack would be another way to message users that they have new training, exceeded deadlines, and reminder notifications.

  This is desperately needed. Having native integrations with SOAR platforms, etc is great except not all security teams purchase such robust tools. Being able to integrate with slack (or MS Teams) would be a sure fire way for security teams to create message notifications with the most commonly used messaging apps across organizations.

  With this many users requesting Slack integration/notification feature, has it been added to your dev teams roadmap? If so, any ETA on when this feature may be available?

With a purchase of the SecurityCoach add-on product, the feature to send training notifications via Slack was added.   Put the Slack/Teams functionality into KMSAT instead of making us buy another product. MSP's can't buy this product if they are bulk licensing.
