Security Awareness Proficiency Assessment
Cu răspunsI've had a lot of users mention they wish they knew how they did on the assessment as well as want to know what questions they missed/what the correct answer was. I understand as an admin I can look up their score but I feel it would be beneficial for users to be able to see this information upon completion.

Thanks so much for your feedback!
We have spoken with our Product Management team regarding this, and providing the answers to the SAPA would effectively limit the ability to use it as a measurement tool for your users, since if they know the answers already or if they are sharing them among themselves, the overall results/accuracy of the assessment will be skewed. For this reason, KnowBe4’s policy is that the answers to the SAPA will not be released for viewing, in order to preserve the integrity of the assessment as a measurement device for your organization.
The SAPA is intended to serve as a measurement/gauge of your users' current level of Security Awareness. We don't recommend using the assessment itself as a training tool - the results of the SAPA are intended to provide insight into which areas your users may be weakest so that you can assign other training accordingly. We recommend that after your first assessment, you should continue to assess your users at least once per year, but no more than twice per year. We recommend using the SAPA in conjunction with other training modules/assignments and that you give your users time to learn from their new training assignments before you assign another assessment.
I'll also include a link here that contains some additional information about our SAPA, if you're interested!
Cheers!Acțiuni comentariu -
Hi Jami,
Thank you for posting to our community board. I can see why you would want your users to be able to access that information. I have submitted a feature request on your behalf to allow users to see detailed information on what questions they missed and what the correct answers were for the SAPA.

Yes, it has been 571 days since I commented above. If the KB4 staff cannot communicate with their internal development team that sounds like a core issue in KB4's business workflows and we will consider this relevant during our upcoming renewal discussions.
Kimberly Thomas December 03, 2020 12:13I very much agree with Jami's request, even if only for admins it is an important training tool to know which questions the user got wrong and discuss with them why they selected an incorrect answer.

Hello Kimberly,
My apologies for how long this feature request has taken. I understand how this can be frustrating as this request has been open for some time. I checked with my development team regarding this request and there is currently not an update that I can provide. We will be sure to update this thread as additional updates become available. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
