report for users not started any courses

would be handy to have a report on https://training.knowbe4.com/reports to show users who havent been on any courses.

  Hi Russell!

  Thank you for your feedback. Currently, there are a couple of methods you can take in your console to find this data.

  If you navigate to the "Training" portion of your console, then the "Reports" sub-tab, you will find that you can generate a report for users who have not started one or more courses (as well as many other training-related reports). You will have to select one or more courses from the drop-down menu on this page, and then specify a date range as well. You can produce this report in CSV format, as well as viewing it in the console. See our Training Reports article for more information.

  The other option for generating this report would be to use our Smart Groups feature (only available to some subscription levels) in an ad-hoc manner. Navigate to the "Users" section of the console, then select the "Groups" sub-tab. Create a new group and select the "Smart Group" checkbox upon creation. You can then use the Training criteria type to place users into this group who have either never been enrolled, started, or completed All Courses. Once you save the Smart Group criteria, users will be added to this Smart Group and you will be able to download a CSV of the users.   thanks for the info.

  Neither option seems to be able to help see any user who hasnt been enrolled on a course?

  The Smart Groups option should allow you to see any users who have not been enrolled in any courses.

  User has not

  been enrolled

  in any of these

  ____ ever on smart groups is helpful to what I need.
