Ad-hoc email recipients for notifications

Currently, we can only send notifications about user's statuses in training campaigns to admins, the user, or their manager. We would like to be able to specify additional ad-hoc addresses so we can include our HR team when a user hasn't completed their training in a timely manner. We don't want to make HR admins in KnowBe4.

  Hi Nate,

  I think that is a terrific feature request. I have gone ahead and submitted this on your behalf to be able to specify ad-hoc email recipients for training notifications. I did also want to bring your attention to our security roles feature that is currently in your KnowBe4 console. I will include some documentation on security roles here. What security roles will allow you to do is give limited access to your KnowBe4 console to certain groups that you specify. You could potentially allow anyone with the HR security role to be able to view training progress for campaigns but nothing else. I know this is not the exact same thing but I thought it may help for now. Thanks again for contributing to our community board!

  Any traction on this? Surely I can't be the only one who needs to send notifications to ad-hoc addresses!

  We don't have an update at this time. However, I have gone into this feature request and entered a +1 to show our Development Team that customers are still very interested in this feature.
