Feature Request - Using the PAB on attached .eml files

We have postmaster DLP rule in our M365 environment. This rule will send us the suspicious email in an attached .eml format. We can see the actual header information when we open that email attachment. However, PAB button is grayed out for all the attached .eml emails. It would be very beneficial if there is a way to report the .eml attachment email via PAB so we can Quarantine it before it delivers to users inbox.

  Hi Sanat!

  Thank you for posting regarding a possible feature request! 

  Currently, the PAB cannot be used outside of the inbox, and opening a .eml from another message would not be considered as the email residing in the inbox. I'd be happy to submit a feature request regarding improvements with the PAB and allow it to submit outside of the inbox.

  As a workaround or workflow improvement, you should be able to forward these emails directly to your PhishER Platform and PhishER will be able to digest the .eml files and display it correctly!
