Add the number of emails reported via PAB to reports

Please add the ability to see email report percentage to both the group report card report as well as the user/group pages. We can view this on a per phishing campaign basis, but want to break it down by user groups to see which groups are interacting with PAB the most/least. We can use a smart group to populate based on number of emails reported, but this still doesn't give a percentage.
