Auto re-run rules and actions on PML:BYPASSED tagged messages

PML:BYPASSED tags are applied when PhishML times out. 

Rather than have customers manually re-run rules and actions on these messages, it should be automatic.  Customers should not have to intervene when KB4's technology fails.

This could be done in a number of ways:

• Backend logic which retries upon timeout (invisible to customer)
• Front end enable/disable flag in settings with auto-retry interval
• Add "Re-run rules and Actions" to the list of "Choose the action to be taken on matched messages" in the New Action screen.

  I am noticing PML:BYPASSED is happening more often lately causing delay in responding to clients, and in the case of true threats, a delay in removal of malicious emails from all users mailboxes. 

  Please add me as a plus one for this feature.
