Expand KMSAT Integration to utilize all API input fields

The current KMSAT integration doesn't allow for the following capabilities that are supported by the API:

1. risk_level
2. risk_decay_mode
3. risk_expire_date

Please expand the integration to utilize all of the available api fields when posting an event to KMSAT.

  Hello Scot, 

  Thank you for contributing to the community board. I can see how getting the KMSAT integration to utilize those API fields would make the product more functional. 

  I've submitted a feature request to the development team and I'm hoping that we can get that implemented for you.
