I'd love to see some features added for archiving or deleting items that are hanging out in the Inbox and PhishRIP platform.

 

I.E. I currently have 413 items in my inbox, most of which are old and/or resolved.  There is no reason that I need items from 3+ months ago showing up in my inbox which I use as my working environment. I understand that I can apply filters, but as a smaller IT team supporting over 1000 employees, not all of the items in my inbox have been fagged and resolved properly simply due to volume.  This makes the "sorting" features ineffective, and being able to archive resolved messages or items from a certain date so they just simply aren't in the inbox would be ideal.

 

Additionally, I wish there was a way to remove or archive old PhishRIP queries.  I have 50+ that we ran attempted queries on that returned results of 0 found and opened.  These are just useless entries that I wish I could get rid of, but they are there cluttering up all the real data.

 

I think tools and features of message management similar to outlook, or any other service with an inbox would be helpful.
