Provide links to PhishER Support page inside of PhishER

As a PhishER user, I would like the links to the PhishER support documentation to be provided from within the PhishER tool.

Currently there is no link to the support or help documentation from inside the PhishER platform.  The user must either have the support page bookmarked, view the support page from inside KMSAT, or google it.

Minimal Viable Implementation - A new menu item is added for "Help" either at the bottom of the menu bar or somewhere else that is intuitive.

Best Practice Implementation - Help documentation links would be provided based on the page that the user is viewing.  The PhishER Support Page on YARA Rules would be provided when viewing the PhishER Rules Tab, The PhishER Support Page on Settings would be provided when viewing the Settings Menu... etc...

  Hi Scot,

  We appreciate the post and constructive feedback. I definitely can agree that having links to our support page within PhishER would be way more customer-friendly. I have submitted this to our development team as a feature request so that they can look into it.
