Mac "New Outlook" loses Phish Alert button

Just as the Title describes, today we noticed if we use the "New Outlook" experience on Mac we lose our Phish Alert buttons.  We are an Office 365 and have the Phish Alert tool installed via the Office 365 method.  If we go back to the previous Outlook the Phish Alert button is available.

Will the Phish Alert tool at some point become available in the "New Outlook" (Oct 2020)?

  As far as if the Phish Alert Button will be available in the "New Outlook" for Mac OS I don't have any insight into that. I have gone ahead and submitted a feature request for you though asking for this specifically. This way our development team can review it and determine if this is something that is possible for us to do. We value customer feedback highly as we want to continue to improve our product.   Microsoft has stated that they'll be making the New Outlook for Mac the default experience (Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 88850).

  Given this plan it would be *very* helpful if KnowBe4 would make a priority of updating their button to work with this UI. Can someone provide an ETA from your development team on when this will be prioritized?

  Thanks for your response regarding PAB and Mac compatibility for Microsoft New Outlook.  Unfortunately we do not have a specific ETA from Development and completely understand the benefits of when this will be available for you. 

  At this time, I have gone through and sent a request directly to our development team for further consideration. While I can’t provide a timeline or guarantee that this feature request will be implemented, our team always appreciates this information.

  Hey just an FYI, this "Visual Update" appears to be coming for Windows in 2022 as well. I really hope that combability with continuing updates to Office is a high priority item for KnowBe4 as it's integral to many organizations' use of the product.

  Any news on the ETA for the PAB in the Mac 'New Oulook' version?

  Is there a way for admins to temporarily report phish test emails for our Mac users when they report them to our helpdesk? At the moment they are unable to report their phish tests and it's not improving their risk score.

  Hi Will,

  At this time I do not have an ETA on the request for the PAB  in the Mac 'New Oulook' version.  There is no manual way to mark a user as having reported a phishing email in the console.  I'll be submitting this to my Dev team as a feature request.
