In the client install instance of the PAB v1.4.58 I was able to report emails that were located in a shared mailbox. Can this capability be replicated in the server based instances of the PAB. We have a lot of shared mailboxes that customers send email to and they receive a bunch of messages that they report. Seems counter productive to have to move that message to their inbox just to report.
Unfortunately, the ability to utilize shared mailboxes with the server installation of the PAB is a Microsoft limitation. We don't currently have a way to bypass that limitation on the MS side.

Thanks for posting. I know we have looked into this and while I can't comment on what Salesforce has done I do know that our development team has worked with Microsoft on this item and it was established that this was a Microsoft limitation with our tool. We are constantly monitoring this as it is a common request.
