    Hello Marcello,

I believe I see what you're asking here. There is no option to add a user to remedial training in the vishing tab like the phishing tab. Currently, that's not available but I do see that you have access to smart groups. With smart groups, you can designate a group of users who failed vishing and assign training to that group.

You can find more on smart group configurations here.

I do understand that this is a workaround and not your original request so I have submitted a feature request on your behalf to our development team for review.

Thank you again for contributing to the community board, let us know if you have any other items that we might be able to improve upon in the console.

The only problem with using remedial training with smart groups for failed vishing tests is there is no way to remove a user from a smart group after they have completed the training so that next time they fail a vishing test they re-enrolled in that existing remedial campaign. The only real way I can see to do this is to create a non-smart group and manually add people that fail each new vishing test to that non-smart group so they are enrolled in the remedial training campaign.

    Hey Marcello,

We should be able to accomplish that by making a training dependent variable for the smartgroup as well.

I think that we may be able to get you a set up that works for what you need, If you'd like I can open a support ticket on your behalf and have one of our technicians look to see if what you need can be accomplished via Smartgroups. Just let me know if that's a viable next step for you!

But if you use a training dependent variable how would they be re-added to that same smartgroup if they fail another test in the future for the exact same already setup training?

    Hello Marcello,

I believe you'd need a second smart group rather than trying to funnel the same users into the same group. With that second group, you could assign them the same training after X amount of failures. That can lead to a somewhat complicated setup though. I'd be glad to get you a support ticket to discuss with one of our engineers to see if that is a solution for you!
