As my eyes get older, it's getting harder to see small text on the screen. It would be nice to have a slider that I could enlarge the text of a reported message. It would also help me see what the text is (usually in spam messages) when the sender turns the font size down so small it almost can't be seen (intentionally hiding something). Enlarging the browser doesn't really work well, because all the other areas enlarge and squeeze the message viewing area down.
