One of the key benefits that was listed for PhishER was "Meet critical SLAs within your organization to process and prioritize threats and legitimate emails" but i have no way to report out on those SLA metrics. I need to have the capability to report during a custom timeframe (July 1 - 31) of when each email was submitted and when it was closed out within PhishER to ensure we are meeting SLA compliance. I can do a dump of the inbox but it only gives me the time the email was reported at but doesn't give me the time stamp of when the email was closed. Can we submit a feature enhancement to add a column on Resolved_at or better yet a column that states days/hours that calculates how long from the time the email was reported at until the time it was resolved.
Thank you for participating in our community board. I submitted a feature request on your behalf to improve functionality to PhishER reporting by adding a Resolved_At column or similar functionality. We base a lot of our new releases and features on customer ideas and requests, so we do appreciate your input.
