PhishER E-mail Template Content Formatting Improvements
ConcluídaThere is no way to define a max-width for the content area of the body of PhishER E-mail templates. Providing the ability to set a max-width (or max-height) option and add additional HTML formatting options will allow users to better brand the templates to match corporate culture or PR guidelines.

Hello everyone!
We have just released a feature to allow for additional formatting on PhishER email templates. When creating an email template, you will now see an option to the right of "Insert Placeholder" called "Source" that will allow you to customize emails by HTML as well.
You can read more on this feature here.
Thank you all again for contributing to the community board!

@Mike and Phil -- until KB4 implements a more robust formatting system, I have solved the challenge of users reporting the templates by adding them to an Action and Rule for Trusted Applications. The Rule looks for a set of trusted senders and the action responds to let the user know that the e-mail is valid and from a trusted application.
This is a stop gap but the approach may help you until a feature is released.

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for working on this feature. I was trying to set up my template with my custom HTML. Unfortunately, my formatting is changed when I de-select the new </> Source button and go back in.
The first thing I want to do is eliminate the spacing the gets put in before and after the <P></P>. I would rather format using non-breaking spaces or <br>.
All the formatting reverts back.Thanks
Mike
