It would be nice to have an editable slide or additional training for the process users should follow to report a suspicious email to the IT dept. This obviously varies by company, so it would be nice to be able to include the actual helpdesk email/phone number or what information we need in order look into it for them (time & subject line). Or even if it was a PDF that was linked to the training as a "resource".
Right now we have a separate training on another platform that we created that has our specific policies, so it would be nice to just have one in Knowbe4.
