    Just throwing my voice in on this as well.  I'm working on our org setup and frankly treat user provisioning as a given when you already have SSO support, so I was quite shocked that Azure AD user provisioning isn't available yet.  I know it's a process but not having this is going to add more complexity to my onboarding/offboarding procedures.  In all candor I probably would not have gone with KB4 if I had known this wasn't already functional.

    Hi

    Gonna chime in here as well. Currently evlaluating the platform, but the provisioning (Azure AD) is a contract blocker for us. Is it possible to join the Beta program before it's live?

    Hey Kristian,

    SCIM for Azure has actually very recently been released in the Azure Gallery. I also have some documentation for reference on the configuration of this service as well if needed.

    With the new SCIM support, can we setup multiple connections? Say to two separate Azure AD tenants/environments?

    Hi Shawn,

    Our SCIM feature does not currently support more than one tenant connection at a time. However, I’ve submitted this idea as a feature request for our development team to review. We base many of our new releases and features on customer ideas and requests, so your feedback is very much appreciated.

    The current SCIM v2 doesn't sync phone and mobile phone numbers. Those are required for vishing. The legacy SCIM could sync those fields. Please put this on the roadmap

    Thank you for providing this feedback for us! Our Okta and One Login applications do currently support this feature and we hope to get it mapped for Azure as well. I will put in a feature request for you regarding this.

    I am wondering what the status of this request is after 5 years on the forum. Which decision has KnowBe4 made? What's the schedule for production release of the feature?

    We offer a method to provision users into the KnowBe4 training console via SCIM for Azure. You can enable this from our Enterprise App, please see the following information from our knowledge base for additional details. Configuring SCIM for Azure. We appreciate you reaching out.

    I can confirm SCIM for Azure AD works fine and the support article is correct. I'm still waiting for the ability to sync phone numbers though. Vishing isn't possible if you don't have the phone number. I could upload a csv though but I don't see the technical difficulty in adding the phone number field as many other are being synced already.

    Also request phone numbers sync via SCIM from Azure AD. We plan to implement Vishing campaigns.
