Add page navigation numbers at the top of each page

I am requesting that the page navigation numbers be added to the top of all applicable pages.  They are currently only located at the bottom and that leads to a lot of unnecessary scrolling.  Please add them to the top so that the page navigation numbers are available at the top and bottom for added convenience.
