Preconfigured widgets with specific reports for a group of users

In our client it is necessary to create reports with a specific group of users.These can only be viewed by their manager. In order to do this, we believe that the tool should extend the Security Roles functionality to be  include'd into the report filters. By doing this, users with a role asigned could view one specific report.
Once this is achieved, the idea would be to be able to include in each user's dashboard the option to add widgets with the reports previously confirgured.
