More specific targetting for Webhooks

I've started using the webhooks feature to initiate automation tasks within our environment based on training campaign completions. Currently I have to use the script to filter the generated webhooks so that the automation only applies to a specific training campaign. This is because at the moment you can only enable webhooks for ALL training campaigns. 

It would be good to be able to enable webhooks for specific campaigns so we are able to make use of the webhooks in a more targetted fashion.
