Notifications - Added To Smart Group
I would like the ability to set up automated notification (similar to Training Campaign notifications) when a user is added to a smart group. We have a specific process that keeps track of user failures in a calendar year, so far up to 5 steps/failures. At each level there need to be notifications sent out to the user, their manager, and potentially HR at the higher end of this. They are to document conversations, etc. Rather than me or my team pulling reports each week or month I'd like to be able to alert managers and/or HR when users hit speciifc thresholds in our process.
We already have this sort of through Clickers smart groups and training campaigns but it's not exactly what I'm looking for, and there's no option to add an HR group or email address to a notification (look for another feature request on this). I already set up the smart groups for this, up to 5 fails, so I can easily see who is in them, but really looking to automate the notifications to manager, HR, and Info Sec admins - less about automatic remedial training, more about alerting others.
