Need ability to report on or view logs of PhishER requests to Virustotal

We have been getting Virustotal threshold alerts regularly ever since we started paying for their premium service.  We get around 30 email reported to PhishER per day into our tool, yet somehow hit the 1,000 Virustotal checks threshold many days.  We currently have it set to run everything by Virustotal (minus some domains we exclude) but when we tally it up links and attachments it doesn't come anywhere near over 1,000.  We need a way to see all the requests being sent by PhishER to virustotal so we can address any underlying issues.  When we go to Virustotal they insist we need to get this information on the PhishER side.  The lack of visibility to the quantity of requests is a serious issue we need addressed.
