    Hi Corbett,

Thank you for your input on this scenario.  You seemed to have figured out the current options for this situation (i.e., extending the allowed duration and slowing down the AD sync frequency). You could also set up the 'welcome' or initial training notification to go out a specified number of days after the user is enrolled in the campaign instead of on enrollment day.  This would assist in the issue of the welcome email being at the bottom of your new users' inbox.

However I have submitted a feature request to our Development Team on your behalf regarding the ability to specify a number of days/weeks to delay the auto-enrollment.  We base a lot of our development on customer feedback so we do appreciate your input.

If you have any questions or other ideas to share, feel free to respond.

    Thanks again!

Hi Lauren, thanks for that.  As per your suggestion, I've deleted the "welcome" notification I had set up and changed it to a "reminder" notification (still sending the initial welcome email template) 7 days after enrolment. I believe that is how I achieve a similar effect.

    Hi Corbett,

Thanks for the update, and yes, what you did by using a "reminder" notification with the initial "welcome" email template is exactly what I was suggesting.  I am happy to hear you were able to manipulate the training notifications to better cater to your users and their on-boarding processes.

If you need any other assistance please let us know!

    Thanks!
