Citrix SecureMail causing false PST fails
I've already talked to Tech Support, there is no 'fix' from a KnowBe4 standpoint at this time. (no need to create a ticket)
I'm hoping someone in the community has seen this and has a solution!
Here's what's going on:
PhishER's "Send all URLs and Hashes (attachments) to VirusTotal" is set to Automatically send.
SecureMail's Phish Reporting feature is configured to forward all reported email to the PhishER inbox for processing.
A campaign is launched, the user reports the phish using SecureMail on their phone. It is sent to PhishER where it's links and attachments are sent to VirusTotal. When VirusTotal 'detonates' the URLs or attachments, the user fails the test.
The only way to prevent this is to turn off the auto send feature in PhishER while a campaign is running. This means we cannot run an ongoing campaign, only One Time campaigns. And, during that time, all the real phish email has to get submitted manually.
We're hoping someone out there has experienced this and has a work-around or a fix we can use. Dropping SecureMail and installing the PAB is not an option. We must use SecureMail. We're stuck.
