PhishRIP Fails to Delete

Is anyone else unable to "Permanently Delete" a PhishRIP message in a Microsoft 365 environment?

I have been unable to "Permanently Delete" messages identified by PhishRIP queries beginning Feb 14, 2023. I reported it to Support. As of Feb. 19, 2023, I can Quarantine, but I still can't delete Quarantined messages. I get a red Error box when the script tries to run. Support says KnowBe4 Development believes it is a Known Issue. We are a hybrid Azure in Microsoft 3654 with Exchange.

Anyone else in this spot?  Anyone know a work around?

  Yes! This is a known issue currently that our development team is diligently working on at the moment. If you would like to open a support ticket with us, we can do a deeper dive into the errors that could be occurring for you and get this information over to our team. The more information we can provide them the more troubleshooting and isolation they can complete.

  Was the environment one that you recently added? I ran into this and had to go into settings phishRIP and click save... make sure that you don't disable phishRIP and reenable as you will lose your active connections... learned that the hard way
