Hybrid PAB - Deployed via O365
Hi folks. I'm testing the PAB. When I install the regular MSI PAB as an Outlook plugin - the emails reported using this button goes to the PhishER platform. However, when I use the Hybrid PAB that was deployed via O365 portal, the emails do not reach the PhishER platform. I've confirmed that the email address is the same for both PAB. I've confirmed that my gateway and O365 have sent the email outside of our boundary. I also added another email to get a copy and that works but the email still doesn't get to the PhishER platform. I have a ticket with support. Has anyone seen this behavior? If yes, what is the fix?
