Assessments - Provide question pool and answers to Admins

By providing this data to the Admins, it will better help us with all the support questions that come in where the Employees state that there were no correct answers for certain questions.

  We really need this. We also need to have the ability to create questions within the platform and not by using a third party scorm tool!!

  +1 on this as well. Since KnowBe4 publishes content with different stances on things like complex vs lengthy passwords, it would be good to know where SAPA answers land across the board. When a user comes with a question to understand further what may be the right answer, Admins need to be able to steer them toward the correct answer. 

  Alternatively, let us adjust the questions/answers.
