Central Managing Phish Link Domains for multitenant

we have received a restriction by the MS Defender and we can only put 10 root domains on the whitelisting. At the moment the phish link domain management in the security awareness training plattform has to be done for each client. 

Can the root domains be managed for all clients in the central console or another central location?

  Hi Frank,

  There is not currently a way to hide the non-used domains globally.  As you said, it would have to be done in each console.   However, this is only needed if you are using Random to select the phishing domain.  If you are using managed phishing, you could select the phish domain on the management level so you would just need to make sure you select one from the list. 

  I can, of course, still submit a feature request to control phishing domains in client consoles from a central location.
