Phish Alert Button request - Allow 'whitelisting' of email accounts

We would like the ability to 'whitelist' email accounts so we may provide a 'this is a "safe" message' to our end users similar to how a message is provided when the user reports a phishing campaign email.

We use many outside parties that send messages on our behalf, but are not part of our domain.  If we could add these "known good" email addresses of our partners to a list and create a message to our end users it would provide some instant feedback and reduce the number of reported messages we must sift through just to let the end user know it was a legitimate message from one of our business partners.
