Phishing Link Domains Automation

Current situation:

Phish Link Domains are by default more than 10 domains. This doesnt work for a lot of 365 tenants with "Advanced Delivery" https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404511190803-How-to-Use-Advanced-Delivery-Policies-in-Microsoft-365 explains the exlusions needed.

Potential solutions:

Allow push down of "allowed" phish link domains from a global level, to all Tenants. To help standardize domains used from a MSP standpoint.

At the very least allow upload of CSV to set the domains in the "Domains" section of Phishing tab. Currently the portal has a "Download CSV", no way to upload a corrected or changed CSV.

 

 

We can automate the 365 side, but not the KnowBe4 side, using PS scripts. Thus leaving room for human error.
