Feature request - Adding Customer Phish Link domains

Dear Knowbe4,

I would like to be able to add our own domains and they to be used only from us for our internal phishing campaigns. Example: The official domain of our company is example.com, and we own a very similar domain, e.g. exanple.com, then, we would like to be able to add this domain into the Knowbe4 platform and to be used as a Phish-link domain.

When our employees receive an email (during a phishing campaign) and they hover their mouse over the link, will see exanple.com/something instead of the existing current choices available in the platform – e.g., telefon-de.com and some other.  I believe, having such possibility, during the first campaigns will increase the click ratio, but afterwards our employees will begin to pay more attention and definitely after some time their security awareness will be improved.

I hope my request will be considered.

  Hello Nikolay,

  Thank you for posting to the community board. I see your point regarding the ability to utilize your own domains for phishing campaigns and I’ve submitted a feature request to our development team to see if that is something we can implement.

  In the meantime you can use our custom subdomain feature to get similar results you’re looking for. I’ll be following the request so if I get any update from development I’ll follow up on this post! Thank you for your contribution, our Dev team takes these requests seriously and is very interested in implementing enhancements for our users.
