Send messages, reports, etc., to include full chain of command, not just immediate supervisor

We often receive requests from senior leadership for training status for "everyone under me" however the system currently can only report on direct reports.  Please provide the ability to generate reports, send emails, etc. for an individual and everyone in their chain of command. 

 

For example: A VP, and everyone in their business unit (senior managers, managers, and everyone under them who ultimately reports up through that VP).
