  Hello Aimee,

  Thanks for reaching out to us and glad you have decided to turn the PAB on for your users.  You can find our documentation here https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013738548 that will help you inform/teach your users about the button.  In your ModStore you can type Phish Alert Button in the search box and choose the training module(s) that would be a good fit for your users to educate them on how to utilize it.  If you are still having trouble I would recommend you reach out to your Customer Success Manager or open a ticket with us and we would be more than happy to assist you.
