Enroll Groups Exclusion Option when creating a campaign.

When creating a new campaign for all users, an exclusion feature would be great to have, it could be just below the (Enroll Groups).

Use case:

You have your All user campaign running but "New Hires" are new to this type of training.

Having your group "New Hire" for trainees added to this exclusion until it is auto removed from that user (after whatever you choose for removal) would make the transition easier for all.

I know smart groups exist, but this would just be easier and faster to setup.
