Increase the duration of Retiring Third-Party Content [KB4-131-2112]
回答済みHello Support Team,
I'm an ISID employee in Japan and my name is Hirokazu Obata.
We are a reseller of KnowBe4.
I checked "Retiring Third-Party Content".

We make reasonable efforts to provide time between status changes. Where permitted, we aim to provide access to the content in Retired status for at least one month before the content is Archived.

Based on the above, my customer's request is as follows.
It is short that it cannot be used in about one month after the retirement notice.
It will be available for at least 60 days.
Best regards,

Hi Hirokazu,
Thanks for reaching out! The 60-day retirement notice is our target to provide as much notice as possible to allow you to review substitute modules, sometimes this period can be longer depending on the publisher of the module and the reason for why that module is going to be archived.
New content is regularly added via the ModStore and we always aim to update or replace modules that we deem to be outdated, inaccurate, or no longer meet our quality standards. Because of this, when a module is moved into the retiring soon state, you can normally find a replacement to use in the next campaign straight away.
It's best that replacing the module is considered as the solution rather than looking at extending the retirement window, it's important to be using up-to-date, relevant, and quality standard training modules, this is why the 60-day retirement window is deemed sufficient.
Please let me know if you need any further information!
Kindest Regards,

Hi Linden,
Thank you for your response.
Your answer says "The 60-day retirement notice".
But is it a mistake of "one month retirement notice"?The documentation is below.

Hey Hirokazu,
Thanks for your response! Please accept my apology for this mistake, you are correct.
My response should've stated, "The one-month retirement notice" rather than 60-day, we aim to give at least a month's notice prior to the module moving into the archived status.
Please let me know if I can provide you with any further information on your query.
Kindest Regards,
