Is it possible to add the ability to adjust what counts as a "Failure" in the KB4 Console? For example, the ability to set the failure criteria to look for a click, or other failure, that occurs and the user does not report the message after the failure. Or another example could be to to set the failure criteria to look for a user that clicks on the campaign AND must enter data (like a credential harvester). We may not consider the initial click a failure, but entering the data as one.
There are some campaigns we have different criteria for what counts as a failure, so this would be helpful on our end to be able to adjust outside a CSV report.
