Hello,

I am trying to figure out the best way to run a report for all users in a specific group (department in my case) to provide to the department manager.

I am looking for report that has the overall group statistics (this is easy with the "Group Report Card") but also then include a table or list of all of the users in that group and how they performed. Running a per user report card is very time consuming and not efficient. As well, I am just looking for a high level report of the users in that group including things like "Emails delivered", "Failures", "Emails Reported", "Training Completed" etc. 

Anyone know the best way to create a report with this type of information? Something easily presented to a manager so they can quickly see overall group (department) performance and then a user list to see how each user is performing?"

As an IT Security Officer for my Agency, I need the ability to verify who was notified, who did or did not complete each training module.  Having the ability to identify the scores my users achieved would also help me.

Has KnowBe4 made any progress in making these reports to authorized users?

Unfortunately, I don't have any insight into if this report will be made available at this time, as those decisions lie solely with our development team.
