    Hi Amanda,

At this time you have the ability to configure a Smart group to add users based on specific criteria, however, there is not currently a method to target users that have been archived/unarchived, I apologize for any inconvenience here!

We always appreciate your feedback, so I've gone ahead and submitted a feature request on your behalf to our development team for this feature as well as this helps our team see what features our customers are interested in.

If you have any additional questions please feel free to submit a ticket to our support team and we'll be glad to help you!

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi Russell,

Thank you for your post. I've gone ahead and submitted this as a feature request to our development team. The feedback is much appreciated, and I think this would be a powerful addition to the existing criteria options.

If the users in question are still members of the Smart Group that assigned them training, a potential workaround would be to adjust two settings on the new employee training campaign. The option to "Enable automatic enrollment for new users" will add new group members to a training campaign. If combined with the option to "Enable progress reset for remedial training", users who are restored from an archived state will be seen as being re-enrolled in the group. This will trigger re-enrollment in the training campaign, along with a progress reset for the assigned modules.

    Hi All,

I wanted to follow up on this post as it's fairly newer considering. Has any progress been made in this area? We also have the need for rehires to retake trainings when they leave and rejoin our company after a certain period of time.

In the interim, I will look into the remedial training options available. I am thinking there has to be a better way. Thank you!
