Phish Alert Button should detect notification messages send by knowbe4 as secure and suppress forwarding

Currently the phish alert button could not detect a notifcation message as non-harmful valid email.

It would be very helpful, if the pab would give users the feedback, when they raise phish alert for such a notification message. The pab should not forwarded those notification messages to the notification mail address that is used to forward non-simulated phishing mail.

  Hi Nils,

  While the Phish Alert Button does not do that we do have a product called PhishER which would be able to be set up where you could have a process like that for emails that are reported with the PAB. Your account manager would be able to help you with this if you are interested. Here is the link to our PhishER Product Manual.
