Adjust Phishing Campaign stats to reflect delivered email
回答済みWhen I look at a campaign in progress, I see X number of emails delivered, X number of users clicked, X number reported etc. In each of those, there is a Percent figure. It appears that it is calculated based on the total number of emails for the campaign. For example, I have a campaign going out to 250 users. So far, 62 have been delivered. Of those 62, 21 have reported it, or according to the field, 8.4%. Obviously, 21 reporting out of 62 delivered isn't 8.4%. I would like to see those figures based on the number Delivered, not the total number, which would reflect a more real-time snap-shot of how we're doing. For this campaign, so far 34% have reported it for instance.
Thanks

Hi Bruce,
You are correct those numbers are based on the total number of emails. I can see why having it based on delivered emails would be beneficial though. I have put in a feature request for you on this so our development team can take it into consideration as a possible product improvement. Thank you for your contribution to our community board!

To add to this, I noticed that bounced emails are also counted in the stats. The calculation should use Delivered emails, not Total. It skews the results and falsely lowers the percentage of failures. I.e.: 1000 total emails, 500 delivered, 250 failures/clicks = 50% failure rate. The system would show 25% failure rate. That's a big difference.

Hi Bruce,
A phishing campaign's Phish-prone Percentage is calculated based on the number of total failures (clicks, attachment opens, data entry, enabling macros on attachments, replying) divided by the total number of emails delivered in that campaign. So should not be based on total recipients. If that is what you are seeing let me know and I can have a support ticket opened for you.
